Outputs
| Output Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Status | uint8 | Outlines the final execution status of the FRAM memory chip initialization sequence:1 – initialization completed successfully0 – initialization error, SPI communication failure, or transaction timeout |
Block Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| FRAM Type | Selection of the family series or specific model of the target FRAM memory chip. |
| Interface | Selection of the communication interface standard (default fixed to SPI). |
| Interface number | Specifies the hardware instance identifier index of the SPI peripheral embedded on the MCU. |
| Chip Select Port | The GPIO port group letter designated for the active-low slave select signal (Chip Select). |
| Chip Select Pin | The physical hardware pin number belonging to the chosen Chip Select Port. |
| Hold Pin Enabled | Enrolling this option activates hardware support for the communication hold sequence signal pin (HOLD). |
| Hold Port | Conditional parameter The GPIO port group letter designated for the communication hold sequence line. This parameter is accessible only when the Hold Pin Enabled option is active. |
| Hold Pin | Conditional parameter The physical hardware pin number belonging to the chosen Hold Port. This parameter is accessible only when the Hold Pin Enabled option is active. |
| WP Pin Enabled | Enrolling this option activates hardware support for the physical hardware write-protect protection pin (WP / Write Protect). |
| WP Port | Conditional parameter The GPIO port group letter designated for the write protection signal line. This parameter is accessible only when the WP Pin Enabled option is active. |
| WP Pin | Conditional parameter The physical hardware pin number belonging to the chosen Write Protect Port. This parameter is accessible only when the WP Pin Enabled option is active. |
| Memory size | The overall storage capacity volume size of the memory unit defined by the structural scales in the Memory size unit field. |
| Memory size unit | The discrete mathematical capacity scale configuration standard unit of measurement. |
| Sample time [s] | Specifies the software cyclic refresh execution update interval for the block. |
| Timeout [ms] | The maximum duration in milliseconds allowed for the hardware SPI driver transaction query to complete before throwing an error. |
