Getting Started - First Steps with ESC ECL

This section contains the necessary information to begin working with the ESC ECL package.

Minimal Configuration of the .ioc File in CubeMX

To successfully generate a Simulink project for an STM32 microcontroller, you must preconfigure the .ioc file within the CubeMX application.

2CPU ICachePinout & Configuration > System Core > CORTEX_M7 > Parameter Settings > Cortex Interface Settings > CPU ICacheDisabledOptional setting
Disables the instruction cache (I-Cache) in the microcontroller. Only certain microcontrollers support this feature.
Disabling I-Cache in CubeMX
3CPU DCachePinout & Configuration > System Core > CORTEX_M7 > Parameter Settings > Cortex Interface Settings > CPU DCacheDisabledOptional setting
Disables the data cache (D-Cache) in the microcontroller. Only certain microcontrollers support this feature.
Disabling D-Cache in CubeMX
